Shivam using NEDSCHROEF cold forming machine is much more advance. This cold former have five dies and feature to allow the production of 20mm to 220mm long parts. One adjustment changes the cutter, feed stroke, transfer & kick out timing function Quick change set up allow both punch & die components to be set up & adjusts off-line, so valuable production time is not washed. This multistation header that perform operations have also significantly increased heading production rates 140 SPM.
Shivam produce transmission shafts along with gear profile for HHML. Cold forming provides a means for the economical production of certain automotive parts designs. The production & capabilities of this machine is produce all type of automotive transmission shafts, spark plug shell, starter sleeves, shock absorber tubes, piston pins, which having below 700gm weight & bulb dia is Ø32mm. Shivam dies are usually designed up to the internal pressure of 1300N/mm2. Shivam split dies are designed it is always necessary to incorporate die holder to locate & hold the die pieces together.
